About Tom
As one of the founders of Monterosa, Tom has been an integral part of growing the company from a small 3-person outfit into the UK’s leader in 2-screen entertainment and technology. As Commercial Director he’s responsible for commercial strategy and operations.
As an ex-games developer he maintains a creative steering role, innovating how the company integrates connected users with ‘traditional’ content and putting together co-development relationships with complimentary organisations. For the last year his role is focussed on re-inventing the TV business model and monetizing active audiences.
At Monterosa Tom has produced, developed or initiated a variety of groundbreaking realtime social TV projects such as Endemol & Channel 4′s Million Pound Drop, BBC1′s Test The Nation and Apprentice Predictor and Living TV’s Four Weddings Play-along.
