Manaf has more than 21 years of experience in television production and broadcast. He joined India’s national television channel Doordarshan as an engineer in 1990 and worked for a decade. In 2002 he was invited to Dubai to work for Taj television’s Ten Sports channel in Media city and joined there as Technical officer. He is currently the head of operations of Ten Sports – a channel reaching 60 million homes worldwide and there are 32 people reporting to him. He manages transmission and operations of nine sports channels and two full-fledged studios at Taj’s headquarters in Dubai media city. He is also an artist and photographer too. He had conducted many exhibitions of his paintings, photographs and digital art works in India and the last one in Dubai. He has also produced and directed many feature films, documentaries and TV/film commercials for which he got many recognition and awards.
