Hasan R. Sayed Hasan is an award winning broadcaster and seasoned TV professional.
He is head of twofour54 intaj, which provides state-of-the-art production, post-production, media asset management and broadcast facilities to production companies, producers and broadcasters across the region and worldwide.
In his role, Hasan is responsible for the overseeing of operations and ongoing development of this market leading service. Hasan joined twofour54 early in 2008 and has overseen the successful set up and launch of twofour54° intaj’s infrastructure, as well as building its operations, engineering and commercial teams.
Hasan has been working in the broadcasting industry for nearly 20 years, holding senior positions with various TV networks based in Lebanon and the GCC. Prior to moving to twofour54°, he was a key founder of Al-Rai TV, the first private television station in Kuwait where he was responsible for building state-of-the-art production and broadcasting facilities. Hasan has also served as Chief Technical Officer of CNBC Arabiya in Dubai, focusing on regional network operations. During the same period, Hasan set up CNBC Africa, broadcasting from Johannesburg, with production centres across Africa, and other regional TV channels and media projects.
Hasan’s expertise and achievements in the industry were acknowledged in 2007 when he received the “Broadcast Engineer of the Year” Digital Studio Leadership Award for his efforts and contribution to the growth of broadcast and production in the region.
Hasan holds a degree in Computer and Communications Engineering from the American University of Beirut in Lebanon.
