
Andre Popov is a Partner with Peppers & Rogers’ TIME practice based out of the Dubai office.
Andre has over 15 years of both strategy consulting and hands-on industry experience, having developed and implemented business and M&A strategies for Global 2000, Private Equity and start-up companies in the USA, Europe and the Middle East.
Most recently, Andre has been focusing on Digital and Convergence, advising Media and Telecommunications companies on how to (1) take advantage of digital channels to engage, acquire and retain customers and (2) build their digital service portfolios and ecosystems in the areas of fixed and mobile data, social networking, content and applications, CRM, IP TV, OTT, m-payment and digital advertising.
Prior to joining PRG, Andre was the Head of Strategy & Business Development, Media Lab with UAE-based integrated Telecommunications company du. He also held executive roles with Telecommunications operator Telefonica and global media company Reed Elsevier.
Andre received his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (magna cum laude) from Babson College.
